Summer is winding down and it’s THAT time of year…BACK TO SCHOOL!

 I’m sure all of you are working like CRAZY to prepare for your next group of kiddos!  I can remember feeling so overwhelmed right about now.   I don’t think people realize how hard teachers work to prepare for the upcoming school year!  There certainly was never any time to think about ME…it was all about my students.

I appreciate everything that teachers do and understand the sacrifices you make to ensure your students have what they need.  You spend your own money decorating your room,  you buy your own school supplies, you buy books to build a classroom library, you buy tubs and baskets to organize your room, and SO much more.  There isn’t a lot of money left over for YOU.  I know this feeling and lived it for years and years as a teacher.
