I’ve been quiet for the last week or so. With the demands of school and trying to balance Schoolgirl Style, along with raising a family, I have been wiped out completely! I decided to take a mini-vacation from Schoolgirl Style and give myself some time to re-charge. I watched T.V. and relaxed in the evenings as opposed to designing, answering emails, styling, and creating custom orders. It felt good to take a little break!!!
In an effort to relax, we also went to Chicago over the weekend. Some of you may remember that I was suppose to go to Chicago and visit my sister-in-law, Michelle over Thanksgiving. I ended up getting terribly sick and had to cancel our trip. Well, we ended up leaving school on Friday and making the trip to see her! We had the best time EVER! Michelle is so good to my girls. She had an entire weekend planned for them which included taking them to get their nails done! Michelle has lots of animals at her house too, so the girls had the best time chasing the cats around her house! It was a weekend filled with lots of fun and great memories!
